Vinculum VDIP-1 module

This is the Vinculum VDIP1-module connected to a STK500. With this module it is easy to read and write from a USB-memory stick. Communication is through RS232, so I used the spare RS232 port on the STK500 to talk to the USB-memory stick. A set of easy to use commands to read and write to the stick. There is an article in the Dutch Elektor of november 2008 and I decided to give it a try. Working right away. Check for the Bascom-AVR software to use this module the www.elektor.nl site.
