Bascom-AVR running on Etherrape

With some minor changes, the ENC28J60 TuxGraphics Bascom-AVR code is running on the Etherrape. Had some trouble getting the right RJ45-connector, MagJack 40141, but checked, the Tycho 5-1605417-6 is compatible.
